HP Insert technology

We are pleased to inform that HP Extrusion have commissioned an interesting extruder group with a filling head with HP Insert technology

It is developed to process highly abrasive compound and avoiding the head body to be worn out!

The 3 HP extruders and the head are working in an extrusion line for cables from 4 mm to 50 mm in diameter

The high-performance extrusion group consists of:

• Bedding/Filling Extruder: HPE 80

• Insulation & Sheathing Extruders: HPE 120 mm and HPE45.

Processed Compounds & Materials

• Bedding/Filling: PVC Filler, HFFR filler, Rubber, highly abrasive fillers.

• Insulation & Sheathing: PVC, HFFR, XLHFFR, CPE, PUR, XLPO, XLPE.
